In Depth Comparison Between the MRS 2000, Bemer 3000 and QRS Quantron

1.   FREQUENCY -- COMPATIBLE WITH ADEY BIOLOGICAL WINDOW  ( Max Frequency of ~25 Hz ):
MRS:  Yes -- Max 15.15 Hz.
QRS:   No  -- Max 1,000 Hz.  For both its "BASIS" and "VITAL" programs, the QRS
site states that prominent frequencies include 200Hz, 500Hz, 750Hz, 1000Hz.
Further, the most important frequency of all, the one Dr. Schumann found
in 1957 to be the predominant standing wave in the Earth-Ionosphere cavity,
the one that is the dominant brain wave of all mammals in an Alpha state
(resting), the one to which the hippocampus/hypothalamus vibrates to regulate
emotions and memory, the one measured to be the peak frequency emitted
by human energy healers, this one is not a prominent frequency in any of
the programs offered by the QRS -- where is 7.83 Hz (life's tuning fork) ??
      BMR:   No  -- 33 Hz.
Note:   The Adey Biological Window (~3-25 Hz) is the low frequency EM range found
in nature, proven necessary for live organisms to survive and thrive.

2.   FREQUENCY -- COMPATIBLE WITH HUMAN BIORHYTHM CLOCK  ( Max Frequency of 30 Hz ):
MRS:  Yes -- in fact, unit's biorhythm clock is user-selectable to facilitate either sleep
or energy in the evening, eg. have a night job or need to study all night.
QRS:   No  -- the QRS site states the following for their "RELAX" program, "Present,
but suppressed frequencies are 200Hz, 500Hz, 750Hz, 1000Hz."  Quite simply,
these frequencies are way beyond the upper Alpha wave limit of 12 Hz
                 (resting-relaxation).
BMR:   No  -- no biorhythm clock whatsoever -- constant 33 Hz.

3.   INTENSITY -- STRONG ENOUGH TO BE EFFECTIVE ON PROBLEM AREAS  ( 70 uT ):
      MRS:  Yes -- 45 uT Max with Mat . . . 70 uT Max with Pillow-Pad / Wand.
      QRS:   No  -- 30 uT Max with Mat . . . 40 uT Max with Pillow-Pad / Wand.
      BMR:   Yes -- 35 uT Max with Mat . . . 100 uT Max with Pillow-Pad / Box.
Note:   All three comply with the DIN 0848 safety standard, ie. should never exceed
                 400 uT (4 Gauss).

4.   INTENSITY -- WEAK ENOUGH TO ACCOMMODATE THOSE WITH SENSITIVE HEAD-BRAIN ISSUES  ( 0.1 uT ):
MRS:  Yes -- 0.09 uT Min at Head with Mat -- 3x more sensitive than the QRS --
38x more sensitive than the Bemer !!
QRS:   No  -- 0.30 uT Min at Head with Mat.
BMR:   No  -- 3.50 uT Min at Head with Mat.
Note:   To those who are "chemically-sensitive" or "electro-sensitive" this is a
                 major issue.

5.   INTENSITY -- GRADUATED, LESS TO THE HEAD-BRAIN + MORE TO EXTREMITIES:
MRS:  Yes -- the intensity of the coils at the head are about 2.5x less than those at
the feet -- desirable, as this distributes less energy to the sensitive head-brain
and more energy to the energy-tolerant torso, arms, and legs.
QRS:   No  -- the intensity is "evenly distributed" via a wire mesh, so what the
head-brain can tolerate sets an unnecessarily low, ineffective intensity
level for the rest of the body, ie. torso, arms, and legs.
BMR:   Still researching -- claims graduated coils, but number of windings is key
-- also, their use of a wire mesh likely "evenly distributes" the intensity,
so what the head-brain can tolerate sets an unnecessarily low, ineffective
intensity level for the rest of the body, ie. torso, arms, and legs.
Note:   A pure magnetic field is unique in generating no resistance -- it is the pure
magnetic field generated in the center of a coil that heals.  If this field is dis-
rupted with a wire mesh, then the magnetic field that gets to the body is
no longer pure and no longer as effective
.

6.   EM WAVES -- BOTH SAWTOOTH + SQUARE WAVE FOR BEST RESULTS:
MRS:  Yes -- the Mat puts off a Sawtooth wave while the Pillow-Pad and Wand
                 put off a Square wave.
QRS:   No  -- all its applicators put of the same Sawtooth wave -- the unit does
                 not offer the
Square Wave at all -- this alone is a deal breaker (see note
                 below re
NASA)
.
BMR:   No  -- all its applicators put of the same Sinusoidal wave -- the unit does
                 not offer the
Square Wave at all -- this alone is a deal breaker (see note
                 below re
NASA)
.   Further, there does not appear to be much, if any, in-
dependent 3rd party support for the
Sinusoidal wave as a wellness wave
                 within the PEMF industry
.
Note:   The Sawtooth wave provides the maximum impulse or action potential across
the cell membrane which boosts the voltage of the cell.  Also the Sawtooth
wave yields the greatest spectrum of frequencies that can be delivered simul-
                 taneously.
Note:   In 2003, using human donors, NASA scientists found that the Square wave
was the most effective EM wave at repairing resistant nerve tissue and trau-
                 matized tissues
.  Accordingly, any full body PEMF device that does not offer
both a Sawtooth wave applicator and a Square wave applicator is not worth
                 buying

7.   NORTH-SOUTH POLARITY SWITCHING FOR MAXIMUM CELL STIMULATION:
      MRS:  Yes.
      QRS:   Yes.
      BMR:   No.

8.   SOUND & LIGHT RELAXATION SYSTEM:
MRS:  Yes -- simulates wide awake, relaxation, deep sleep, and dream states to
enhance results from the full body Mat.
QRS:   No  -- simply not available.
BMR:   No  -- simply not available.

9.   EASE OF USE:
MRS:  Yes -- can and is used by 7 year olds -- 1-2-3-4-start, simple as a toaster!
QRS:   No  -- have to remember what frequencies are pre-programmed into
which default program --  is overly complex, eg. ability to program unit
                 for more than
24 minutes when the QRS site itself indicates that exces-
sive amounts of time is not productive,
"By laying on the mat, ideally
for 8 minutes twice a day"
.
BMR:   No  -- confusing and even annoying, eg. time and intensity cannot be
                 set simply and independently
.

10.   COMFORT:
MRS:  Yes -- the full body Mat is padded -- comfortable even when used on the floor.
QRS:   No  -- the QRS site itself states, "You can put the QRS mat on the floor,
but more comfortably...", meaning using it on the floor, or against your
body for that matter, is not comfortable!
      BMR:   No  -- not padded.

I would add also the following improtant differences between the MRS and the QRS:
  1. MRS – all available applicators can be plugged, stay plugged and regulated by the control unit, QRS only 2 in the same time.
  2. The power plug coming wit the MRS is first of all medically certified (even mentioned on the housing of the plug itself) and it is NOT build-in in the control unit, therefore there is no EMF-exposure coming out of the control unit – very important if control unit is close to the person during application. QRS`s power plug is built-in the control unit....... A very important reason is also, that the power plug of the MRS transforms the voltage already outside the control unit, so there is no 110V coming in, the QRS has to transform the voltage within the control unit.
